Anton has worked with grants for 16 years, starting in the private sector and transitioning to become Northland Community and Technical College’s Grant Support Officer for the last seven years.

Most of his experience is focused on grant compliance to ensure that awards are following federal, state, and system office guidelines as well as monitoring that the grantors deliverables are being achieved.

He has had many different roles as the lead institution and as a sub awardee with over 30 grants ranging from several thousand dollar awards up to $15 million.
