Chad is the Lead Technical Training Instructor for the FCA Performance Institute in Minneapolis and is responsible for FCA Dealer Technician training in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Northern Iowa.

Chad was a 16-year Chrysler Master Technician and was recruited into technician training in 2004. In 2013, he left FCA to take the role of Dean of Transportation and Trade programs at Dakota County Technical College. In 2016 Chad returned to FCA as a Field Service Engineer/Technical Advisor until returning to technical training in May 2019.

Chad has a Bachelor of Science from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and a Master of Science from Liberty University. Chad has served on the Skills USA-MN Board of Directors, the Dakota-Scott County Workforce Development Board, and as a subject matter expert for the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). Chad also coaches middle school and high school football and wrestling. Chad and his wife Denise have four children and reside in Brooklyn Park, MN.
